Gotemburgo – Suécia: Primeiras impressões
Sabe aquele lugar que você acabou de chegar e já quer ficar mais, foi assim que eu me senti em Gotemburgo. Meu coração viajante se apaixonou por esse lugar e minha alma aventureira se encheu de alegria.
O Visto
Brasileiros não precisam de visto para turismo ou negócios até 90 dias na Suécia, assim como em toda a Europa. A única coisa que eles normalmente perguntam no controle de passaporte é qual o propósito da viagem e qual a duração da sua estadia no País.
O Aeroporto Internacional de Gotemburgo
O aeroporto de Gotemburgo – Landvetter, é o segundo maior aeroporto da Suécia e fica situado a cerca de 25km do centro da cidade. Não é um aeroporto muito grande mas só de chegar no aeroporto a gente já tem uma noção de como é a Suécia.
O aeroporto é super simples, organizado, prático, bem sinalizado e todos os funcionários falam inglês e são muito educados e prestativos.
Transporte para o hotel
Como estava viajando a trabalho o nosso parceiro da Suécia buscou a gente no aeroporto, porém existe muitas opções de transporte publico, taxis, transfer do aeroporto e o meu mais novo queridinho Uber.
O Hotel
Ficamos em dois hotéis durante esses dias em Gotemburgo, um proximo a feira que iríamos participar, O Scandic, e um proximo ao centro para aproveitar os dias livres, o Radisson Blue.
O Scandic fica um pouco mais longe do centro da cidade e é um hotel mais simples, mas existem várias filias do mesmo grupo também no centro. Já o Radisson Blue é mais luxuoso e fica bem no centro de Gotemburgo.
A culinária
Outro ponto que me fez amar a cidade foi a culinária deliciosa e super diversificada. Devido a sua localidade junto ao Mar do Norte, Gotemburgo possui diversos restaurantes especializados em peixe e frutos do mar. E possui até cinco restaurantes que receberam uma estrela Michelin.
Gotemburgo também é conhecida como uma das cidades suecas com maior concentração de cafés, devido à presença de uma grande população estudantil e à existência de bastantes cafés tradicionais. Além de existir um grande número de pubs, bares e discotecas, muitos destes localizados na rua principal, Kungsportsavenyn.
A Cidade
Gotemburgo é a segunda maior cidade da Suécia depois de Estocolmo. Possui um estilo bem clássico, com uma arquitetura bonita e bastante natureza. A cidade é divida em duas partes por um Rio e isso facilita muito a localização para os turistas não se perderem.
Os Locais
Os Suecos são uns queridos, todo mundo que eu conheci falava inglês super bem, eram simpáticos e muito educados. Pessoas simples mas ao mesmo tempo muito elegantes. Super calmas, parece que não existe problema ou estresse nenhum para eles.
O que eu achei
Eu fiquei apaixonado por Gotemburgo, é uma cidade que eu com certeza poderia morar. Um lugar especial, com ótimas pessoas, calmo mas com várias atividades e uma excelente gastronomia. Uma cidade que te deixa com vontade de ficar mais e de voltar mais vezes.

Gothenburg – Sweden: First impressions

Do you know that feeling when you just arrived in a place and you already want to stay more, that’s how I felt in Gothenburg. My traveler heart fell in love with this place and my adventurous soul was filled with joy.
Visa
Brazilians don’t need a visa for tourism or business up to 90 days in Sweden, as well as around Europe. The only thing they usually ask at the passport control is what is the purpose of the trip and how long will you stay in the country.
Gothenburg International Airport
Gothenburg Airport – Landvetter, is the second largest airport in Sweden and is located about 25km from the city center. Not a very large airport but when you arrive at the airport you can already have an idea of how Sweden is.
The airport is very simple, organized, practical, well signposted and all staff speak English and are very polite and helpful.
Transport to the hotel
As I was traveling on business our partner in Sweden pick us up at the aiport, but there are many public transportation, taxis, airport transfers that you can easily use and also my new favourite, Uber.
Hotel
We stayed in two hotels over these days in Gothenburg, one near the exhibition that we would participate, The Scandic hotel, and another one near the center, to enjoy the free days, the Radisson Blue.
The Scandic Hotel is a little further from the city center and is a simple hotel, but there are several other hotels from the same group also in the center. The Radisson Blue is more luxurious and is right in the center of Gothenburg.
The cuisine
Another point that made me love this city was the delicious and super diversified cuisine. Because of its location along the North Sea, Gothenburg has several restaurants specialised in fish and seafood. And even has five restaurants that received a Michelin star.
Gothenburg is also known as one of the Swedish cities with the highest concentration of cafes due to the presence of a large student population and the existence of plenty of traditional cafes. In addition there is a large number of pubs, bars and clubs, many of these located on the main street, Kungsportsavenyn.
The City
Gothenburg is the second largest city in Sweden after Stockholm. It has a very classic style with a beautiful architecture and plenty of nature. The city is divided into two parts by a river and this makes very easy to get around without getting lost and without needing a map.
Local people
Swedish people are very sweet, everyone I met spoke English very well, they were friendly, kind and very polite. Simple people but at the same time very elegant. Super peaceful, it seems that there is no problem or no stress for them.
What I think about Gothenburg?
I was in love with Gothenburg. It is a city that I certainly could live. A special place, with great people, quiet but with many activities and an excellent cuisine. A city that leaves you wanting to stay longer and wishing to return more often.
