Não sei vocês, mas eu adoro experimentar comida de outros países. Eu sempre pergunto para as pessoas locais qual a comida e a bebida típica do país que estou visitando e onde posso provar essas delícias da culinária local.
Hoje eu vou contar sobre os restaurantes que já fui e que recomendo a visita.
Fish & Chips
O prato mais famoso de Londres é o Fish & Chips, que é um peixe frito com batata frita acompanhados com um molho e com ervilhas ou purê de ervilha. Existem diversos restaurantes especializados em Fish & Chips por toda a cidade. Algumas pessoas amam essa comida e outras odeiam, mas se você gosta de experimentar a culinária local eu recomendo provar. Tradicionalmente esse prato era servido embrulhado em jornal, hoje em dia a maioria dos restaurantes servem em pratos normais, mas ainda existem alguns lugares que servem à moda antiga.
Strada
O Strada é um restaurante italiano com boa comida, várias opções no menu, ambiente agradável e bom atendimento. Existem algumas filias por Londres, mas eu recomendo que você visite a filial que fica perto da Tower Bridge, pois jantar com essa vista é sensacional. Nada melhor para um final de tarde, depois de muito passear pela cidade, que boa comida, bom vinho e uma vista maravilhosa da Tower Bridge toda iluminada à noite.

Nando’s
Esse é um dos restaurantes favoritos dos ingleses, o Nando’s um restaurante português especializado em frango e com uma dinâmica diferente dos outros restaurantes. Tem um clima super descontraído e o garçom não vai na mesa anotar o seu pedido, ele te acompanha até a sua mesa, entrega o menu e depois que você escolheu o que comer, você tem que ir no caixa, fazer o pedido e pagar. No cardápio você monta o prato do seu jeito, escolhe que tipo de frango quer, qual o tipo de pão caso escolha sanduíche, os acompanhamentos e o molho. É um restaurante bem diferente e a comida é excelente, vale muito a pena a visita.
Frankie & Bennys
Esse é um restaurante ótimo para um Happy hour ou uma parada rápida para almoço no centro de Londres. O Frankie & Bennys tem um menu super diversificado, um atendimento bem rápido e a comida é muito boa também. Existe várias filiais na cidade, eu fui na filial da Trafagal Square, que apesar de pequena é super agradável.
Miller & Carter
O Miller & Carter é uma Steakhouse, não fica no centro de Londres, mas se você é do tipo que gosta de steak, esse é o seu lugar. Ele possui vários tipos de carnes, que são muito bem feitas. Você escolhe a carne, o tamanho, como quer o cozimento, os acompanhamentos e os molhos. Para o molho da salada eu super recomendo o molho com blue cheese, é simplesmente divino. Vale a pena experimentar também os drinks, que são muito gostosos e acompanham muito bem as carnes.
Pepe Rosso
Se você estiver por Watford não pode deixar de ir no Pepe Rosso, um restaurante italiano, mas que tem opções de carnes e peixes no menu. Um clima aconchegante, ótimo preços e porções enormes. Com opções no estilo inglês, ou opções internacional e mais saudáveis.

Today I will tell about the restaurants I’ve been and I that I recommend you to visit.
Fish & Chips
The most famous dish from London is Fish & Chips, which is a fried fish and fried chips served with a sauce and peas or peas puree. The Strada is an Italian restaurant with great food, many choices on the menu, nice atmosphere and good service. There are a few branches in London, but I recommend you visit the one located near the Tower Bridge, dinner with this view is amazing. Nothing better for finish your evening, after a long walk around the city, than good food, good wine and a beautiful view of the Tower Bridge full of lights at night.

Nando’s
This is one of the favorite restaurant for British people, Nando’s is a Portuguese restaurant specialized in chicken, that has a different dynamic from the other restaurants. Has a super relaxed atmosphere and the waiter won’t go to your table to take your order, he accompanies you to your table, hand the menu and then after you choose what to eat, you have to go to the cashier, place your order and pay. On the menu you mount the dish as you wish, choose what kind of chicken you want, what type of bread if you choose to have a sandwich, the side dishes and sauce. It’s a very different restaurant and the food is excellent, sure worth the visit.
Frankie & Bennys
This is a great restaurant for a happy hour or a quick stop for lunch in central London. Frankie & Bennys has a super diversified menu, a very quick service and the food is very good also. There are several branches in the city, I went to the one located at the Trafalgar Square, which despite being small is super nice.
Miller & Carter
Miller & Carter is a Steakhouse, it isn’t located in the center of London, but if you’re the type of person who likes steak, this is your place. They have many types of meats, which are very well made. You choose the meat, the size, how you would like to be cooked, the side dishes and sauces. For the salad dressing I recommend the sauce with blue cheese, because it is just amazing. Worth also to try the drinks that are very tasty and goes very well with the meat.
Pepe Rosso
If you are near Watford you should go to Pepe Rosso Restaurant, it is an Italian restaurant, but there are also meat and fish options on the menu. With a very cozy atmosphere, great prices and huge portions. There are options in English style, international or healthier options.
